In the center of this spinning flower, made of laces of steal with khmer tribe patterns, is situated the agora of Panoramic Majlis which allows one to reach every function. In the heart of the project, this mineral and aquatic agora is a haven of peace and freshness which welcomes visitors and guests in an exceptional setting. To better assume the profiles of the breakwater, these 2 central domes metamorphose in an immense droplet in sustentation. It becomes, from then on, a generous panoramic canopy cantilevered above steams. All the island is protected from the sun to better develop the inter-connectivity between the internal and outer spaces and multiply the roads of walk in this warm and dry country.




And than to create more tree, tropical garden and pavilion to attractive the people to enjoy in beuong kong seng lake.

The walk way and the green area combine together to create the natural life which absorbed from the indigenous life style.

The form of building can create the feeling of indigenous music instrument.











The paradox begins with its existence as an artificial island in times of rising sea waters. It doubles over itself with the complex itself, which has been designed for luxury and relaxation and is home to several layers of green technologies and ecological mindedness.

Brick Row Houses

  Wrapped in a white skin of perforated blocks, the Brick row House is the result of a renovation of one of the previous generic row houses within a once expensive urban area that was hit by an economic crisis in Cambodia . The architects make use of passive solar design principles as well as expert space planning to create a bright and spacious 50 bedroom townhouse that is superbly ventilated, offers privacy, security and a fair amount of garden space, a far cry from its former self. The previous block was clustered and somewhat complicated, so the designers basically cleared out the ground floor (labeled as first floor on the drawings), situating utilities and vertical circulation along the west wall, to create and fairly large open plan living area with lots of daylight and great cross ventilation, while the spaces at the front and the rear of the home were preserved as parking garage and garden respectively.
